We offer an SMS notification service. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated recurring text messages from us. The following terms apply specifically to SMS messaging:

• Message frequency varies and may change over time based on activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number in the SMS service.
• Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier availability and support may vary.

3. Opt-In and Opt-Out

Participation in our SMS service is entirely voluntary.

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number.
• To get help: Reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at fightingirish@gmail.com.
• To re-enroll: Contact us at the email address above to request re-enrollment after opting out.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to access the website.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and page layouts, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

In particular, we are not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery, which may result from your mobile carrier, device, network conditions, or other factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sorryforparty.in and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

The Service uses third-party providers, including Twilio, Inc., to deliver SMS messages. Your use of the SMS service is also subject to those providers' terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
